I was informed by colleague that the "experienced" PC has gone for good. Serves him right. This reminded me of being a good leader is not easy. I loose my respect to the kind of leader forcing people to "kow-tow" them, respect can not be forced but earned by winning people's heart.
My previous company was a good place to work. I left not because I can not do the job as the PC always mentioning to incoming manager, I left to give a chance to him to improve the estates and he'll free from pressure.
I had challenged him that he can do no better than me, and what I expected has come true. Even though he said I was wrong.
I feel sorry for him. My sacrifice is futile...
