Recruitment of competent, capable and quality staff is a constant challenge to an estate and one of the crucial event to ensure success. Nowadays, it is very difficult find staffs with the right attitude, skills, and knowledge. Those with adequate knowledge and skills usually shy away from new development due to the hardships in new development. Infrastructures such as roads, office, and mess are still not convenient for many people. There is also threat from malaria, wild animals, as well as natives in the disputed area. With these hardships the manager have to find people with will and attitude and train them to be better staff and hope they will not "lured by other company.
