Engine Oil Loss Without Sign of Leaking

Engine oil loss is due to leakage. Damaged ring also caused engine oil loss without sign. Engine oil loss also occurs when the valves, valves seats, and valves guides damaged by wear and tear.

Replacing valves, seats, and guides costs thousands of ringgit. To save costs, those worn out parts can be sent to engineering workshop at the cost of RM 280 to RM 320 (Inanam area).

Slashing In Wife's Orchard

Yesterday Abid started slashing my wife's orchard in Beluran. Abid claims that he had slashed around three acres but after I measure it using my GPS it is only 1.2 acres.
Labour rate is quit high now, the rate of slashing will be between RM 120 - RM 180 per acre. However, if there is an agreement of letting the labour to long term commitment with the landlord the price can be reduced to RM 80 per acre.
